Holistic healing for body, mind and energy

Kinesiology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that helps uncover and address the root causes of physical, emotional, or chemical imbalances. Using muscle response testing, kinesiology identifies what your body needs—whether nutritional support, flower remedy essences, or lifestyle adjustments—to bring you back into balance.

Many clients come to kinesiology after trying other approaches, often finding the clarity and support they’ve been searching for. Some notice changes after one session, while others benefit from regular sessions, gently peeling back the layers to restore health and energy.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools and awareness to become your own best health expert. During our work together, I may suggest supportive nutritional and lifestyle adjustments tailored specifically to you — perhaps adding certain foods to strengthen you nutritionally or refining daily habits that better support your overall wellbeing.

If I identify structural imbalances, such as issues with walking gait or posture, I may recommend gentle corrective exercises or practical adjustments to help restore alignment. Should I find that a particular toxin is placing stress on your system — for example, dental amalgam — I will guide you towards appropriate professional advice and discuss supportive nutritional strategies that may help your body’s natural detoxification processes.

Kinesiology works on many levels: structural, biochemical, emotional and energetic. It is a truly holistic approach to restoring balance.

Case Study: Blood Sugar Reset

A client may come to me with symptoms like fatigue, cravings, irritability, poor concentration, or feeling “shaky” between meals. Using muscle testing, I can see what is going on. Symptoms like this make me suspect high blood sugar levels so I would want to check how he/she is coping with, not just sugar regulation but also stress. I want to look at the full picture and identify what may be contributing to an imbalance. By working with a strong muscle I can find out these answers and a reset usually involves simple, practical changes — such as adjusting meal timing, balancing protein and healthy fats, reducing refined sugar and supporting hydration. Sometimes adding a specific nutrients like a digestive enzyme can help here. I can test to see if you are eating enough protein and/or how well  you are digesting it.

The aim is to:

Improve steady energy

Reduce cravings

Support mood and focus

Help the body feel more stable and resilient

It’s not about strict dieting — it’s about helping your body return to a more natural, balanced rhythm often using simple changes.

Case Study: Vagus Nerve

The vagus nerve is one of the body’s main calming nerves. It helps control stress levels, digestion, heart rate and recovery.

When we’re under ongoing stress, the body can get stuck in “fight or flight” mode. This can affect sleep, energy, digestion, mood and even muscle recovery.

In Kinesiology, we use gentle muscle testing to see how well your nervous system is coping with stress. If needed, we use simple techniques to help the body switch back into a calmer, more balanced state.

Support may include:

Breathing techniques

Relaxation work and emotional stress release

Postural or structural balance

 Digestive support

Simple daily habits to improve recovery

The aim is to help your body move out of stress mode and into repair mode — so you feel calmer, sleep better and more balanced.
