Nutritional Therapy - Initial Consultation
At your first session, we’ll look at your current diet, energy levels and lifestyle to spot any nutritional gaps. Symptoms like tiredness, cravings or skin issues can often point us in the right direction.
You’ll receive clear, practical guidance on which foods to increase — especially fibre- and antioxidant-rich options — and which to reduce.
No strict dieting. No long “don’t eat” lists.
Just simple swaps, easy recipe ideas, and realistic changes that fit into your life — helping you fuel your body better and feel the difference.
Follow Up
Around 7–10 days after your first session, we’ll review your changes and see what’s improved.
We’ll look at symptom shifts, energy levels and any challenges you’ve come across. From there, we tweak and refine your plan so it works even better for you.
The goal is simple — steady week-on-week improvements, with real, noticeable results that show just how powerful a few small changes can be.
